Things to note:

* Sending Information to our Office (Our preferred method of delivery is our secure online portal):

  • Schwan & Associates online portal can be found at this link; https://ca.casewarecloud.com/schwancpa/webapps/#login. You will receive a separate invitation to register from the accounting team. This is the most secure AND efficient way to send information electronically.
  • Consent forms will be sent to you using our digital signature program. There is no need to print the document, just follow the links in the email sent to you by Adobe. You may sign it by simply typing your name and having the program create a signature for you, or you can create a signature using your mouse. Once the document is digitally signed, a copy will be automatically emailed to both you and our office.
  • If you are currently using QuickBooks Online, please invite us as your accountant with the email address info@schwancpa.ca.
