Meet Your New CPA, CGA
Jeffrey Schwan is a resourceful accountant and entrepreneur who is driven to connect people and businesses with technology. In his day-to-day, he helps local businesses manage and streamline their financial planning, tax, and accounting needs.
After receiving a BCom from Grant MacEwan University in 2012, Jeff earned his CPA, CGA designation from CPA Alberta in 2014. He has spent over a decade of his career in finance, management, and accounting in the private sector.
However, Jeff’s dedication to helping people and businesses was better suited to public practice. In 2016, Jeff established Schwan & Associates CPA to bring unique “cloud-based” accounting services to small and medium-sized Edmonton businesses.
Inspired by the quality time spent with his family, Jeff’s goal is to put more time back in the hands of the busy entrepreneurs who strengthen Edmonton’s business community.
When Jeff isn’t working or spending time with his children, he enjoys volunteering in community initiatives such as charity runs. If you can’t find him helping out behind the scenes, you’re likely to catch a glimpse of him on the track!
